  • Use the Glimsp app while driving, cycling, or operating a moving vehicle or machinery.
  • Upload, share, or display unlawful, obscene, harmful, or inappropriate content.
  • Engage in harassment, threats, defamation, discrimination, or abuse.
  • Interfere with the App using hacking, scraping, bots, reverse engineering, or unauthorized tools.
  • Impersonate another person, business, or organization.

Violations may result in immediate termination and legal action.

1.4 Intellectual Property and Content Ownership

  • All content, including live streams, graphics, video, audio, logos, and software, are owned by Glimsp or licensed third parties.
  • Users receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use only.
  • Users may not reproduce, redistribute, modify, or create derivative works of App content. Unauthorized recording or redistribution is strictly prohibited and may violate copyright law.

1.5 User-Generated Content

  • Grant Glimsp a worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable, transferable license to use and display your content for App functionality and promotion.

  • Users are responsible for following laws regarding public recording, streaming, or venue policies.
  • Never use Glimsp while driving or operating a vehicle — doing so is dangerous and illegal.

Glimsp may suspend or terminate accounts that:

  • Violate these Terms
  • Abuse or disrupt the App
  • Engage in illegal activity
  • Endanger users or the community

Users may delete their accounts anytime.
